• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice

User Content

Our Platform may allow you to post, upload, or share content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and providing the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and the consequences of posting it. You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any third-party rights, including copyright or trademark
• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive
• Contains private or personal information about others without permission
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components
• Promotes illegal activities or provides instructional information about illegal acts

Platform Content

All content available through our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Biocrystal Orex 33 or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Prohibited Activities

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BIOCRYSTAL OREX 33, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biocrystal Orex 33 and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
